Hey, keine Sorge – wenn (ein Wunder geschieht!) etwas übrig bleibt, hält sich der Salat problemlos 2 Tage im Kühlschrank. Ich packe ihn immer in eine luftdichte Box und lege ein Küchenpapier oben drauf – das saugt die Feuchtigkeit auf. Aber ganz ehrlich: Bei uns ist er meist nach einer Stunde weg! Einfach vor dem Servieren nochmal mit frischen Kräutern aufpeppen.

Hier sind die ungefähren Werte pro Portion – aber sei nicht zu streng, die können je nach Größe deiner Avocado oder der genauen Menge an Olivenöl leicht schwanken. Immerhin geht’s hier um Genuss, nicht um Laborbedingungen! Die Angaben sind natürlich nur Richtwerte, falls du’s genau wissen willst.

Ich weiß, dass beim ersten Mal immer Fragen aufkommen – hier sind die Antworten auf das, was mir am häufigsten gestellt wird!

Kann ich andere Gemüsesorten verwenden?

Aber klar! Das Tolle an Grillsalaten ist ja gerade ihre Flexibilität. Ich habe schon Paprika, Mais oder sogar gegrillte Zucchini mit reingenommen – einfach alles, was Saison hat und dir schmeckt. Nur bei sehr wasserhaltigem Gemüse wie Gurke würde ich die Menge etwas reduzieren, damit’s nicht zu matschig wird.

Wie lange halten sich die Grillsalate im Kühlschrank?

Optimal sind 1-2 Tage – dann schmecken sie noch super. Die Avocado wird zwar etwas dunkler (deshalb immer Zitronensaft drüber!), aber das ist nur optisch. Mein Trick: Einfach die Hälfte der Avocado erst kurz vor dem Servieren untermischen!

Welche Kräuter passen am besten?

Oh, da kann man richtig kreativ werden! Petersilie und Basilikum sind meine Basis, aber probier mal Koriander für eine asiatische Note oder frischen Dill für einen skandinavischen Touch. Im Sommer liebe ich eine Handvoll fein gehackte Minze – das gibt so eine frische Explosion!

Ingredients

1 Gurke
1 rote Zwiebel
1 Avocado
2 EL Olivenöl
1 EL Zitronensaft
Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack

Instructions

Wasche und schneide die Kirschtomaten, Gurke und rote Zwiebel.
Schneide die Avocado in Würfel.
